All orders are shipped by christinebi.com Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24/48 hours from payment confirmation at our warehouse. This may vary under circumstances such as security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, order packaging, and shipment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders upon receipt.

Upon shipment of the order, christinebi.com sends an email to its customers containing the tracking number provided by the courier. Customers can track the status of their order/shipment on the website by entering the code provided by christinebi.com at the time of order.
