Do I need to be registered to make a purchase on Tartaglione A&S website?
Yes, you need to be registered on the website before making any purchase. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up now, or you can start shopping and create your account before proceeding to the checkout page.
How do I create an account?
Click on "Login/Registration," then select "Create an account" and fill in your personal information.
How do I place an order?
Purchase the items you want and add them to your cart. When you're finished, you can proceed to your cart and check out. Verify and ensure that all the information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
I'm having trouble adding items to my cart.
You will be able to add items as long as they are available. It could be an instance where the item is already in someone else's shopping cart, so the status of the items reflects as "temporarily unavailable."
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards such as PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and cash on delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. This allows us to efficiently package orders and minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped once the credit/debit card payment is approved, and the billing and shipping address are verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user.

All orders will be processed immediately after payment verification.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The standard courier delivery time is approximately 24-48 business hours after payment verification.
How can I track the delivery?
Upon shipment of the order, Christine Bi will send an email to customers containing the tracking number provided by the courier. Customers can track the status of their order/delivery on the chosen courier's website by entering the code provided by Christine Bi at the time of ordering.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost is free. There is an additional cost of €5 only if you choose to pay with cash on delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Once payment has been made, the system will automatically process the order, and it will not be possible for you to modify it directly. If you need assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our representatives will assist you.
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
